Sizes
Which size should I choose for my baby?
Choose according to your child's height, not just their age. Our sizes show both, for example "12 months · 74 cm". If your child is between two sizes, go for the larger one. See our size guide.
Which size for a 9-month-old baby?
Generally "12 months · 74 cm". If your baby is already taller than 74 cm, choose "18 months · 81 cm".
Do you use sizes 104, 116…?
Our labels show age and height. As a guide: 4 years · 102 cm ≈ EU size 98-104; 6 years · 114 cm ≈ EU size 110-116. The full chart is in the size guide.
Up to what age do you dress children?
From 1 month (54 cm) to 10 years (140 cm). Depending on the style, not all sizes are available: they are listed on each product page.
Delivery
Do you deliver to Liechtenstein?
Yes. We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, on the same terms.
How much does delivery cost?
8,50 CHF per order. It is free for orders of 150 CHF or more.
Are there any customs charges?
No. We ship from Switzerland, and Liechtenstein forms a customs union with Switzerland.
Do you deliver to France, Germany or Italy?
Not at the moment: only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn and has its tags. Please write to us first at info@sasha-noah.ch. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, unless faulty.
The size isn't right: how do I exchange it?
Return the item (please write to us first), then place a new order in the right size. If you're unsure, ask us for advice before ordering.
Gifts
What should I give for a new baby?
Our "Newborn gift sets (0-6 months)" selection is made for exactly that. If you have a smaller budget, a matching accessory is also a lovely gift (from 9,90 CHF). Tip: give size 3 or 6 months, which baby will wear for longer than the newborn size.
Can you personalise a gift?
Yes, with the "Personalised box". The terms are on its product page.
Fabrics and care
Are your clothes made of cotton?
Most of them, yes. The exact composition is given on each product page, as some pieces also contain polyester or elastane (for example, the lining of a reversible cardigan).
How should I wash the clothes?
Follow the label on each piece: the instructions are also on the product page when we have them. Washing inside out and avoiding the tumble dryer helps keep the cotton soft and the colours bright.

Does Sasha & Noah make the Calamaro Baby clothes?
No. Calamaro Baby is a Spanish brand that we select and sell in Switzerland. Sasha & Noah is the shop.
