  2. Prices, shipping costs and delivery conditions: the prices in force at the time of the order are final. No VAT is charged (the company is not registered for VAT). Sasha & Noah Cotton Kids Sàrl does not charge shipping costs, except for special delivery methods indicated during the order. Delivery charges may also apply to orders below a minimum amount.   3. Regarding payment methods: several payment options are offered, including credit card, Apple Pay or Twint. The available options will be presented to you before finalising your order.

    Complaint procedure and amicable dispute resolution

    1. Conclusion of contract and delivery
      1.1 By placing an order, you declare that you are acting for private purposes.
      1.2 The contract is concluded in German, French, Italian, or English. The counterparty is Sasha &

      1.3 By clicking "Buy now", you place a binding order. The contract is confirmed by the confirmation email.
      1.4 You accept the assignment of the seller's recovery rights to third parties.
      1.5 We are not obliged to deliver products that are unavailable and for which the lack of availability is not our responsibility.
      1.6 We do not assume the supply risk. We only deliver goods in stock or ordered from suppliers. We deliver within Switzerland.
      1.7 We reserve the right to cancel orders placed using automated software or services.
    2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery
      2.1 Prices at the time of ordering apply. No VAT is charged.
      2.2 Free delivery from CHF 150.
      2.3 Below CHF 150, CHF 8.50 will be charged.
      2.4 In the event of a delivery delay, shipping costs will be refunded.

      4.1 Issued during campaigns, cannot be purchased.

      You may return products within 14 days of receipt. They must be unused.
