Delivery Details
We currently deliver exclusively within Switzerland.
Delivery Times
Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days following the confirmation of your purchase. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. During peak periods, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for a few additional days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery is free for all orders over 150 CHF.
Shipping Confirmation, Transport and Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We work with reliable suppliers in Switzerland (La Poste). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or if it is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sasha-noah.ch via email and use the subject: Delivery issues and order number so that we may assist you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sasha & Noah Cotton Kids Sàrl is not responsible for the duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sasha & Noah Cotton Kids Sàrl is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transport. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the transport company to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged products before filing a claim.
