If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, without signs of wear, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of personalised products or sale items, except in the case of a defect.

Damaged items or incorrect products
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

- Personalised products (special orders or custom-made items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Dangerous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate new purchase.
Refund Policy
We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If your request is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that processing and the addition of the refund to your account by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
If more than 15 working days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sasha-noah.ch and use the subject line REFUND, and we will contact you.
14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
If products are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without justification. The costs are to be borne by the buyer.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
