Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for accepting returns

For the return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with no signs of wear and tear, with the tags and in its original packaging. You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of personalised products or products on offer, except for defects.

 

 

How to make a return

Write to us at info@sasha-noah.ch indicating your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.. If you have any questions regarding a return, you can contact us at info@sasha-noah.ch and put concept RETURN.

 

 

Damaged items or wrong product

Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. 

 

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

1. 1. Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants)
   2. Customized products (special orders or custom-made items)
   3. Personal care items (such as beauty products)
   4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, make a new, separate purchase.
