Shipping Policy

Scope of delivery

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

Delivery times

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days after confirmation of your purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the time of shipment, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

 

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 150.

 

Shipping confirmation, transportation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. We work with reliable suppliers within Switzerland (La Poste). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Problems with delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sasha-noah.ch via email and put concept: Delivery problems and order number so that we can help you.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

Sasha & Noah Cotton Kids SARL is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Sasha & Noah Cotton Kids SARL is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
